Prayer

Almighty father, Lord of everything, we kneel in front of you humbling ourselves.

We thank you oh Lord for all the blessings that we received especially for our life that you’ve let us borrowed for our temporary living in this world.

Lord, grant goodness, discipline and wisdom. We need these graces so that our hearts will not be hardened by evil, weakened by laziness and would remain ignorant due to foolishness.

We ask for your forgiveness and please forgive us of our sins.

We ask these through Christ our Lord and our savior. Amen

Preface

Nowadays, technology plays a vast role in every human life. It can create, save or destroy life. To go along with the 21st century advancement, this e-portfolio for Eusebia Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School was created. This provides easy access of school’s activites and varied events taken either inside or outside it’s campus. This e-portfolio is also a part of the completion requirements given to the 4th year graduating students of CBSUA with regards to the fulfilment of their course pre requisite and to the benefit of the school and the public.

This e-portfolio was divided into several sections. The welcome page, which contains the cover, preliminaries, preface, acknowledgement, introduction and the gallery which has pictures of the student teachers from CBSUA together with their cooperating teachers, pictures of the school faculty and the students participating to various school activities and events. The homepage section, which contains a brief description of Eusebia Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School. The Reflection section, where you be able to read all the experiences and thinking of the students teachers upon their off –campus days unto the mentioned school. The documents section, which shows the official communication letters coming from the mother school as received by the cooperating institution. The Instruction section, which shows the individual preparation made by the student teachers including their lesson plans, IMs, instructional observation sheet and others. The extension activities section, which contains the extension programs participated in by the school and; the Research section, which has the thesis of the graduating students of CBSUA.

Technological advancement brought many changes to the society and to the people. It helps to make lightier tasks for every individual. Moreover, this e-portfolio was generated by CBSUA student teachers for an easy entrance into Eusebia Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School. This is an easy gate to see the world of Eusebians

Acknowledgement

Off campus teaching is one of the toughest parts undertaken by all aspiring teachers. Their journey to success becomes more significant through facing and by making themselves involve in to the real situation and to the true facade of teaching and learning environment.

Thru above writings, we wish to thank the following persons who help us get through this endeavour; Dr. Gloria B. Osea, Dean of the College of Development Education, Prof. Margarita B. Delos Santos, Chairman for the Secondary Education and for being our supervising teacher for weeks, and to the all the other professors and teachers of our respective college who made themselves involve in this venture. We would also like to acknowledge the teachers on our cooperating school, the Eusebia Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School, Mrs. Evelyn B. Fabrigas, the principal of the said institution, Mrs. Janeth B. Bance, Mrs. Ana B. Bricenio, Ms. Fe Joan B. Sinfuego, Mr. Lawrence A. Velarde, Mrs. Leilani B. Mendez and Mrs. Nancy A. Bayos who became our mentors and exerted much effort and showed persistent patience through the entire halt unto the school. Likewise, to the students under our respective classes for being complaisant at all times.

Our sincerest appreciation and gratitude to those above mention persona. Words are not enough to explain how grateful we are to have them a part to our road to victory.

Introduction

Eusebia Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School is an institution that provides quality education that aims to produce secondary graduates ready for the tertiary level fully equipped with knowledge and information. The institution is being headed by their principal Mrs. Evelyn B. Fabrigas.

The school has total enrolees of 569 students from grades seven to fourth year as of 2014. 291 of which are females and the remaining 278 students are males.

The school is located at Liboton St. Buluang Baao, Camarines Sur Pan-Philippine Highway. Is doesn’t have a large lot but it does offer education wider than its scope.

At present, the school is currently implementing the K12 curriculum from grades 7-9. The school has four Grade 7, three sections for Grade 8 and Grade 9 and two sections for the 4th year level. It has 14 classrooms, 13 of which are being use for instructions and one non-instructional classroom.

The institution became a National High School on May 13, 2009 as stated by the Republic Act No. 9610. An act establishing a National High School in Barangay Buluang, Municipality of Baao, Province of Camarine Sur to be known as Eusebia Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School.

As the school head of Eusebia Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School, I am overwhelmed of having you here in our school for almost 3 months as student teachers. Your stay here with us I know indeed fruitful as manifested in your performances in classroom instruction and other related activities.

I wish to thank CBSUA, College of Development Education for choosing our institution as partner in molding, developing our future teachers.

What we need in the field of education are teachers who are fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and truly has the commitment and the performances you all have shown us, I know your institution the CBSUA will be proud of you to be graduates this year 2015.
